I have obtained my PhD degree in Information Security and Communication Technology from NTNU–Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway.
My main research aims to understand the impacts of stochastic dependence on the performance of queueing systems and utilize the dependence resource to improve the system performance. To this end, I have built a mathematical theory, namely Dependence Control, which is concerned with transforming the dependence structure of the stochastic processes in the physical system through dependence manipulation in order to improve the system performance.
In general, I find interests in applied probability and stochastic process, like queueing theory and stochastic network calculus, and their applications to wireless channels and computer networks.
